The third cohort of PROs were drawn from Upper East, Upper West, Northern Region, North East and Ashanti Regio
In his remarks, which was also a formal closing of the INSET ,the Director-General re-echoed his vision of building GES into a 21st-century organization. He shared four (4) highlights for achieving this vision which include:
1. Improving working conditions of staff; i.e., staff welfare
2. Improving data management using technology
3. Strong performance management and accountability regime at all levels
4. Improved processes across the Organisation
Dr. Nkansah called on the PROs to join hands with management to build a 21st-century organisation.
Management is grateful to all Public Relations Officers, Transforming Teaching, Education & Learning – Ghana , Naccaghana, Enable Growth Consult, IPR communications and other stakeholders for their participation and support in making this nationwide In-Service Training a success.
The In-Service Training was attended by three hundred (300) GES Public Relations Officers from all District, Municipal, Regional and National offices from Sunday 8th to Friday 20th October 2023 in the Eastern Region.
