The National Communications Officer of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Mr. Sammy Gyamfi, has urged the electorates in the Mfantseman Constituency in the Central Region to consider their options in the upcoming December general elections.
During separate community engagements at Abandze and Kromantse, two fishing communities in the Mfantseman Constituency, as part of his campaign tour of the Central Region with the Minority Leader, Dr Cassiel Ato Forson, Mr Gyamfi expressed concerns about the performance of the current Member of Parliament, Madam Ophelia Hayford. He highlighted the need for effective representation in Parliament and emphasized the qualities of the NDC’s parliamentary candidate for Mfantseman Constituency, Dr. Prince Kojo Arhin.
Mr. Gyamfi mentioned that Dr. Prince Arhin is an accomplished, dynamic, and affable individual with a distinguished career in Human Resource management. He believes that Dr. Prince Arhin will provide quality representation to the people of the Mfantseman Constituency.
While discussing the current state of representation in the area, Mr Gyamfi emphasized the importance of advocacy skills and effective representation in Parliament for the development of the Mfantseman constituency. He urged the electorates to consider voting for the NDC’s parliamentary candidate, Dr Prince Arhin, to enhance the area’s representation in Parliament.
In response to an appeal from the chief of Kromantse to complete a stalled community centre project, the NDC delegation donated GHS10,000 on behalf of the party’s presidential candidate, Mr John Dramani Mahama.
